Generate reproducible 5×5 mines layouts with a seed: mines, diamonds and empty tiles on a 25-tile board. Share any pattern via URL. Entertainment tool, fully client-side.
This page draws a layout for the 25-tile mines board: a chosen number of mines plus optional "diamond" tiles marking suggested picks, with the rest left empty. When you supply a seed, the layout is produced by a mulberry32 pseudo-random generator and a Fisher–Yates shuffle — the same seed always reproduces exactly the same board, which is what makes layouts shareable by URL.
Without a seed the board is drawn from Math.random and every click of Generate is a fresh, non-reproducible layout.
This is not a provably-fair replay and not a prediction. Real mines positions are produced by the casino’s HMAC hash chain from your client seed, server seed and nonce — a completely different process that this page does not touch. A generated pattern has zero informational value about any future real round.
Treat it as a strategy scratchpad: pick a fixed set of tiles in advance, so your clicks are not driven by where the last mine happened to be. That discipline is the only honest use of a "pattern".
No. Every tile is equally likely to hide a mine in every round, so any fixed set of picks has exactly the same win chance as any other. Patterns are a discipline aid — they stop you from chasing losses across the board — not a mathematical edge.
The generator uses mulberry32, a small deterministic pseudo-random number generator. Feeding it the same seed produces the same sequence of numbers, which the Fisher–Yates shuffle turns into the same tile order. That determinism is what makes a layout shareable through a URL.
No. Provably-fair mines derives positions from an HMAC of your client seed, the server seed and the bet nonce. This page uses a simple local PRNG for entertainment layouts and never touches casino seeds.
