The merchant of record is worth understanding: it is the entity that legally sells to you and appears on your statement. If a payment dispute ever goes past the casino's support desk, that Cypriot company is the counterparty, not the Costa Rican one.

The terms name Anjouan. The FAQ on the same site says something else: "being Curacao license holders obliges us to follow regulations and ensure that player funds are safe and accounted for."

Those are different jurisdictions with different complaint routes. We are not claiming either is false — we are recording that the operator's own published documents disagree about who regulates it, and that a player trying to escalate a complaint would not know where to go.
